    How to get REDD right?

    Deforestation has a serious impact on the climate, biodiversity and the livelihoods of local people. It seems therefore useful to install mechanisms that prevent deforestation. How to design these mechanisms and whether to integrate them in the international climate agreement is discussed in different fora.

    EU Fisheries Control Regulation

    Natura 2000 - Biodiversity

    A study presented to the European Parliament petitions committee highlights how EU Member States are often reticent to protect habitats and biodiversity according to their obligations under EU law.     Greens/EFA letter to Barroso on bluefin tuna
