Natura 2000 - Biodiversity

A study presented to the European Parliament petitions committee highlights how EU Member States are often reticent to protect habitats and biodiversity according to their obligations under EU law. Working time

Today, the European Parliament's employment and social affairs committee narrowly voted in favour of a European Commission proposal to exclude self-employed drivers from working time rules in the road transport sector. The Greens are however calling for a single set of health and safety rules for professional drivers.
