    ECJ ruling will change the way future deals are made

    The European Court of Justice has ruled that the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement is a matter of mixed competence, requiring the ratification of Member States to come into force.     EU reaches deal on copyright exceptions on books for the blind or visually impaired

    The European Parliament, Council and Commission have reached a compromise deal on the implementation of the Marrakesh treaty in the EU.
