    We demand immediate release of Turkish co-chairs Eylem Tuncaelli and Naci Sonmez

    We demand an immediate explanation from the Turkish authorities over the outrageous arbitrary arrests of Eylem Tuncaelli and Naci Sonmez in the early hours this morning and call for their immediate release.     Progress on tax justice must not be lost

    The presidents of the political groups of the European Parliament have agreed to establish a special committee on financial crimes, tax evasion and tax avoidance. "The Paradise Papers show that there is a clearly unfinished work to do if we are to secure tax justice in Europe," says Greens/EFA co-president Philippe Lamberts.
