We will examine how we can integrate the migrant workers into the European labour markets by giving the migrant workers rights. But we want to do it in a way that avoids a rage to the bottom for wages and working conditions. We wish to avoid social dumping and the other downsides of migration and therefore we wish to put forward demands - to the governments and to the legislation. So one of the main questions is: Can we achieve a rights based approach to migration?
