In its conclusions one can read that "According to an estimate of the employment content of the emissions reduction options, the overall balance of jobs in the branches that will expand and in those where activity will be reduced does not appear negative and may even be positive. Compared to the trend scenario, the overall net gain in employment for the sectors covered by the study would be of the order of 1.5%"
